A special visitor

So much for my "bevy of posts" that I warned would be coming at the end of March. Life has definitely sped up of late.

We were thrilled to have Michael's younger brother, David, come visit us for a day or so last week. During a very busy week in D.C., he took the time to travel over to these parts to hang out. 

 It started snowing when he arrived, but that didn't stop him from driving up into the Shenandoah Mountains for a run. (Those probably doesn't surprise those of you who know David.) That evening, we enjoyed some time in the thankfully-shallow snow.

Of course, there was some friendly snowball throwing (although at a tree, not each other).

Clara asked David to help her with her homework. He kindly obliged, and Clara loved it. So did we.
